What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer tracked shipping for all UK and US orders to ensure your parcel arrives safely with you in the fastest possible time.

Delivery times vary based on your location and quantity of items being posted.

Tracked UK shipping time: 3 - 7 days

Tracked US shipping time: 7 - 15 days

Usually parcels arrive at the earlier end of our advisory shipping times, but in very few cases when shipping internationally, they made be slow at customs. Please allow up to up to 6 weeks for delivery before contacting us, but in most cases your items will arrive much sooner. For any order that has not arrived within 40 days from purchase date, we will give you the option of a full refund or ship out your order again free of charge.

How much are your delivery charges?

All our parcels are shipped using a tracked service so we can follow your parcels journey and make sure it arrives with you safely. Our fully tracked shipping costs are as follows:

UK: £3 or free for orders over £20 throughout September 2025

US: $20 or $15 for orders over $90

Our US shipping cost INCLUDES the new 10% custom fees so you will not be required to pay these when you receive your parcel. In some states you may be charged local fees on arrival, so please check with your local authorities.

Do you ship internationally?

We are a UK-based business that currently ship to the UK and USA. We apologise if this does not cover your country but we are looking to expand our reach in the near future.

International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Do I need to pay import fees?

No, this shouldn't be the case - If you're ordering from the US, we pay all custom fees and taxes for you. All charges are determined by your local customs authority and if you are required to pay additional fees, please contact us and we will try to resolve these for you. We recommend checking the import regulations in your country for shipments sent from the UK before placing an order to ensure you're comfortable with any potential charges. Unfortunately, we can't predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. Each order is sent to be processed in a short amount of time after ordering to ensure your delivery is with you as fast as possible.
