What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer tracked shipping for all UK orders and a choice of standard or tracked shipping options for US orders. For US orders, we highly recommend tracked, especially for larger orders, but we appreciate this is more costly. If you choose standard shipping, Scrapbook & Journal will provide proof of postage but cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost while in the courier’s care.

Delivery times vary based on your location and quantity of items being posted.

Tracked UK shipping time: 5 - 8 days

Tracked US shipping time: 7 - 15 days

Tracked EU shipping time: 10 - 21 days

Usually parcels arrive at the earlier end of our advisory shipping times, but in very few cases when shipping internationally, they made be slow at customs. Please allow up to up to 6 weeks for delivery before contacting us, but in most cases your items will arrive much sooner. For any order that has not arrived within 45 days from purchase date, we will give you the option of a full refund or ship out your order again free of charge.

How much are your delivery charges?

All our parcels are shipped using a tracked service so we can follow your parcels journey and make sure it arrives with you safely. Our tracked shipping costs are as follows:

UK: £3 or free for orders over £50

US: $13.50 or $6.75 for orders over $60 or free for orders over $100

EU: €8 or free for orders over €80

Do you ship internationally?

We are a UK-based business that currently ship to the UK, US and Mainland Europe. We apologise if this does not cover your country but we are looking to expand our reach in the near future.

International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Do I need to pay import fees?

Maybe - If you're ordering from the EU, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT or handling fees once your parcel arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking the import regulations in your country for shipments sent from the UK before placing an order to ensure you're comfortable with any potential charges. Unfortunately, we can't predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. Each order is sent to be processed in a short amount of time after ordering to ensure your delivery is with you as fast as possible.
