What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer tracked shipping for all UK orders and a choice of standard or tracked shipping options for US orders. For US orders, we highly recommend tracked, especially for larger orders, but we appreciate this is more costly. If you choose standard shipping, Scrapbook & Journal will provide proof of postage but cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost while in the courier’s care.

Delivery times vary based on your location and quantity of items being posted.
Estimated delivery costs will be provided during the checkout process.

Tracked UK shipping time: 5 - 8 days

Standard US shipping time: 18 - 40 days

Tracked US shipping time: 7 - 14 days

Usually parcels arrive at the earlier end of our advisory shipping times, but in very few cases when shipping internationally, they made be slow at customs. Please allow up to 6 weeks for standard US delivery, but in most cases your items will arrive much sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

We are a UK-based business that currently ship to the UK and US. We apologise if this does not cover your country but we are looking to expand our reach in the near future.

International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. Each order is sent to be processed in a short amount of time after ordering to ensure your delivery is with you as fast as possible.
